Job requirements:
- Manage daily operations of job and crew.
- Ensure quality work is performed at all times.
- Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.
- Managing material orders.
- Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.
- Communication with Project managers on any issues that may arise during the operation of the job.
- Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.
- Communication with asphalt plant and truckers throughout the day.
- Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.
Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
- Paving Foreman: 3 years (Required)
- Asphalt Construction: 5 years (Required)
- Operating Asphalt Equipment: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: 70+ Mile Radius of Raleigh. Report to Corporate Office in AM.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
